Every CIT Watches purchase is backed by the manufacturer's warranty for the brand you bought.

If your watch or piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the stated water-resistance rating, and battery replacement are not covered under warranty.
